  Good staff and very appealing office. As someone else mentioned, she and her staff are thorough. I've been to numerous eye docs in the last 10years, so I was amazed when I saw things being used that others don't use. She took her time with her wide assortment of instruments to exam my eyes.

  I came in for a contact lens prescription. I wrote on the pre-exam form 'contacts prescription renewal', checked the box that said I wore contacts, and I mentioned several times during the exam that I wear contacts. After the exam, I went to Wal-mart to order contacts. They stated the prescription I brought was for eyeglasses. The woman in the Wal-mart Vision Center called over to get the contacts prescription. Patton Family said they could not do that because an eyeglass exam was performed. Goddamnit! I figured at the most I would have to get the parts of a contacts exam done. However, once I got back to the clinic, they told me it was another $60 and I should have told them that was the exam I wanted. The receptionists said it was not their responsibility to read on the form what exam I was in for. Are you kidding me?! So, two hours of my morning wasted and they kept the payment for an exam I did not need.
