- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband had $14,000 worth of work done in August 2016. We paid out of pocket because they claimed they would file the insurance claim and we would recover whatever portion the insurance company would pay. Come to find out they were not in our network, they never filed the claim and we never got any money back. After calling our insurance company and Fondren Dental several times the claim was finally submitted. Even though they were not in our network the insurance did cover some of the procedures. The check was sent to Fondren and that was that. Here it is now November 30, 2016 and I am still making calls to the insurance company to verify that the check was sent and then to Fondren to see when they will forward the check to us. As far as the dental work goes. It was not worth the $14,000 we paid and my husband has had to go back already because something broke when he ate a peanut. I told my husband that I would never go to Fondren Dental not even for a cleaning. Not worth the money paid or time spent.................................June 08, 2017by Diane N
